Sample poem extract:
“My life is very secret, and mainly underground,
I keep myself aloof, for fear of being found,
moving around quite smoothly, so as not to cause a spree, cos there are lots of birds I know, who’d like to get hold of me”
from Wriggles, p.27.
Sadly hicky died early this year. The book however lives on and will continue to raise funds for Contact the Elderly.
